Written on back in ink, "Park School, Peoria, Illinois, The Principal J. A. Mercer, was a friend of William Cullen Bryant, the poet." Apparently a copy from a negative, as there is a photo service stamp on back with date of 11-20-1935. Unknown photographer.

Probably the 1938 graduating class of St. Boniface school, taken on the church steps on Louisa Street, at Antoinette. The reverse is stamped by the photographer as "Frank Oberkoetter Studios, Portrait - Commercial - Illustrative and Direct Color Photography, 319 S. Jefferson Ave., Peoria, Ill." Also on the back is the name "Father Aurelian" and a partial list of student names, most of which are hard to read.
